My experience with Caplan's is alway first class. The sales rep Debbie Wright is very knowledgeable and helps to make my decisions easy. The delivery people are friendly and accommodating and I cannot say enough good things about this company as a whole.

We purchased a 5 appliance package for our Reno and I am extremely happy with the top draw service Caplan's offered. As well as the recycling and disposal service of the old appliances. Recently bought a Bosch fridge and dishwasher. My Caplan's associate, Paul Turner, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Both items were delivered and the old appliances removed. The delivery men had to negotiate small outside stairs and even removed the front door, all with no problems.

The new appliances look and work beautifully.

Just bought a Bosch washer and dryer from Caplan's through our go to man Joseph Giorgio. We got a great price (I checked the competition!) and the items were delivered and installed quickly and without hassle. The only way the transaction could have been better was if the delivery men had agreed to do my laundry.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our recent appliance purchases. Frank was very helpful in asisting us and the delivery went very smoothly.

We purchased all of our appliances for our new kitchen. The service from all personnel, from the salesperson to the delivery people, was excellent. They were all professional, courteous and friendly.

Bought a Bosch Diswasher last week from a very knowledgable sales staff. Installation was great as well. Instaler took the time to emo the product for me.

The sales staff are helpful and seem to know what they are talking about. When my dryer arrived but when set up didn't work (!) they were quick to respond, and said they would replace the dryer if Whirlpool didn't fix it (but they did, quickly) so all is well.

Caplans knows how to do business and customer service. Dealing with Caplans was smooth, hassle free and they were committed to treat us right even after the purchase. They value your business which is very refreshing in our (NL) economy not to mention they have the best prices around! Caplans' customer service is top-notch and we will certainly recommend your business to others.
