It took a few minutes to get a sales person to attend to us at the store, but when we did he was exceptionally knowledgable and professional. The order was handled well. The delivery men were excellent. The recommended installer was very good. Would definitely shop here and recommend Caplans to anyone.

Shopping at Caplans was a really excellent shopping experience. My salesman, Leonard Pleasant, was very patient and extremely knowledgable. He answered all my questions, sometimes twice and three times. There was no pressure to buy. I was concerned about space restrictons and he offered to review pictures of my space and to give his advice on placement and installation. Delivery was also on time, as scheduled. They were also very professional, neat, and pleasant. All in all, Caplans is a first class business and experience.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher in February with delivery date for early this month. The delivery delay was no problem at all and, even though there was a slight glitch in the pick-up, in the end Caplans resolved the matter quickly and to our advantage. We will be returning to Caplans for our next purchases in the next few months. Excellent service; friendly and responsive salespersons and staff.

We had a good experience with Caplan's when we bought a washer from them. There wasn't any sales pressure, but the sales person was available when we needed him. They had a children's play area which was good for my daughter and they followed up after the delivery.

Salesperson excellent - answered all our questions patiently and sometimes more than once! He didn't pressure us and gave space to decide. However, through no fault of his, I would have preferred to purchase just the washer but breaking the set would have cost a premium. We really didn't have the choice - buy both or almost both!
The Samsung front loader and dryer are great. They are working very well to date.
Delivery personnel were exceptional.

We bought our appliances at Capln's and were extremely happy with out service namely because of our sales rep Pierre Jamil. He was friendly, not pushy and worked hard to help us resolve some issues we ran into during our kitchen reno. There was always lots of staff in the store and even manufacturer reps on hand occasionly to answer more technical questions. Great prices too!

Your service was excellent, after going round so many stores we found a salesperson who really directed us to the right appliances for our needs. Delivery was delayed twice by us and when you did deliver we only had a window of 4 hours to put the elevator on service and you made it with 20 minutes to spare. The Icing on the cake was the follow up call the next morning to check on the delivery. Thank you, we will be back.

In March of 2010 my wife and I went to Caplans on Weston Rd. for the first time. It was a Saturday and busy but soon we were asked by Pierre Jamil if we needed any help. We did not have to wait and seek help. I have nothing but good things to say about Pierre. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. We purchased a stove,microwave, and a dishwasher for our new home. We got a great price too. Also not to mention the freshly baked goodies that are baked on site adds to your shopping pleasure. When we left there, we felt good about the entire buying experience and we would certainly endorse Caplans as a place to shop. They have a good amount of items on display also. Check them out; you will not be disappointed.

There was a bit of a mix up with the delivery with the item getting missed in the shipment and nobody calling to let us know. Fortunately I called to check on the delivery time. We had never been to Caplan's before and were looking for a Professional Style Range. We were introduced to Vince Paolucci when we arrived and he was terrific. We told him what options were important to us, then he walked us through the store going through the ranges that met requirements and helped us pick a range. We were thrilled with the service and now the Thermador Range and Elica Range Hood are in our kitchen and we are very happy with both.

Like many businesses nowadays, telephones are answered by voicemail and it does take a few hours to get a returned call. Email just seemed easier and worked fine for me.

We purchased a full selection of appliances from Keit Tran at Caplan's in Jan. 2010. From the first visit to purchase a dishwasher to the multiple visits to choose everything else we needed to the final arrival of all our new appliances, the transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. Keit interacted with our kitchen company, quickly providing specs for the appliances as needed. The delivery was on time, with Keit making sure all items were received in the Caplan's warehouse before the delivery date. Keit either knew the answers to our questions, or found out the answer quickly. We would definitely recommend Caplan's.

Recently we purchased a whole kitchen suite from Caplan’s. We thought we were buying Sub Zero and Wolf and ended up buying Miele. We got an education and great appliances. Thanks’ Mr. Caplan and Jeff for the great experience.
