After making my purchase, I was promised a two week delivery. I was then informed after two weeks that my item was not avaialable for another 6-8 weeks. After waiting 8 weeks I contacted Caplans and to my surprise my item was received but no one called to inform me. When my item was delivered the box was not sealed and the item had scratches on the front door frame and a crack in the glass. Caplans immediately refunding my money but I was still without an appliance. Also, Try calling Caplans. If your lucky, some may pick up the phone. I would not recommend Caplans to anyone.
