As a first time client for duct cleaning, I have to say that CAPPS made me a believer that it is important to get your ducts cleaned. My husband and I just moved into an older house downtown T.O. and was told by our new neighbour that the house went through extensive renos and that we should consider getting our ducts cleaned. They recommended CAPPS so I decided to do some research. After calling a couple other duct cleaning companies (which was interesting??)I called CAPPS and spoke with Paul. This guy knows his business! Very confident, knowledgable and reasonable priced. CAPPS was hired for the job and WOW what a job they did. Both Paul and Robert completed a thorough cleaning of all our ducts, cleaned our furnace, our dryer vent, fixed some duct work and provided us tips on how to keep our ducts clean. The first time ever a Duct Cleaning company cleaned every vent in my house with the large vacum and explained their process. They also took the time to explain the furnace cleaning process. Both owners, Robert and Paul Cappellina completed the work, really making the service personal. Very knowledgable individuals, excellent service and at a fair price. Highly recommended!
