half a star is generous. She was very vague, and rude on the phone, I decided after my phone conversation to take my business elsewhere. As for her work, I am not sure how good it is because I didn't like her vague answers and the fact that she was rude to me when i was a customer.

Really difficult to work with. Not a very nice lady. Refused to make another alteration days before the wedding after wrongly reassuring a client that is was fine. Had to go to a different seamstress days. Very confrontational. Would NOT recommend.
