I want to let you know that everything was great yesterday at the reception held to honour the life of Mary Gordon Macdonald at Churchill Place.

The Staff went above and beyond. the banquet server (Mahmoud) and the bartender (Daniel) were both terrific. Mahmoud seemed to manage everything, from the setting up straight through to the final packaging of the leftover items that were to be taken by various different family members, so calmly and easily.
The food was all fine, although we had too much left over food. There were fewer people than we had made sure to prepare for, and also some only stayed for a brief time. In particular, we had too much of the vegetables and fruit.
I would recommend OCC and Carmen's Catering, we have already let Ward Funeral Home know that we were pleased. Thank you so much for fitting us in at the last moment.

We had an amazing evening. The DVD held for the entire evening. Thank you for making it work.

Some very minor things but it all worked out very well. The Chicken was not done Cajun style, but the Tabasco and Chilly peppers at each table worked just fine. The espresso machine was not working but everything else was perfect including your suggestion for the post liquor service that Blue Hypnotic was a great hit.

A special thank you to you and the staff. They were super the best service we have ever had so attentive to all our guests. My parents wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time even the weather held out for us.

We would just like to thank you for sending the most amazing servers to work at our daughters engagement party on Sunday. Stella and her crew were wonderful and very efficient. They made the party a success and the food was so beautifully served and so delicious. We got nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests and they all want to use your services for their larger home parties from now on. There were over 30 people here in a small home and the service from Stella, the chef and the bartender was outstanding. They made us all feel comfortable and they made it all appear effortless on their part. So amazing and so much appreciated by us.
We look forward to the wedding in September and would ask that if Stella and the same bartender and chef are available for the wedding that they work at the wedding as servers for us again. We just loved their attitude, the smiles on their faces and the effortless way they made us all feel well taken care of as well as the first class service they provided. It was worth every penny and we just wanted the people at the OCC and Carmen’s to be made aware. Thank you all so much for everything and please let us know if the same 3 servers will be available for this coming September 4th for the wedding we have booked with Roberto and the OCC at Paletta Mansion for that date. We are so excited about the wedding now !!!

Dear Antonio and Roberto,

On August 20th your fabulous catering team, architected by Arlene Sebastian and led by Mahmoud Gomma did outstanding work. Each team member created an incredible memory for my 40th birthday, celebrated with about 60 guests in our home. Thanks very much for having such a high performing team.

The work ethic, service and presentation was over the top, and we can’t begin to share how fantastic the quality and abundance of the food was (not to mention the pure entertainment value of the various food stations laid out and activated throughout our home and garden). The added bonus was the incredible professionalism, humour and all over kindness and energy that was second nature to your team. Our guests could also not stop talking (and still do a couple of weeks out) about all of the elements noted about the superb job that OCC delivered for our event. On top of it all, after all the food, people and production, there was no clean up left for us to do – everything was so well taken care of!

Each of the team members deserve great recognition – joining Arlene and Mahmoud that day, we were honoured to have the following folks make our party so successful: Stella Brzezinska, Andres Velasquez, Jennifer Mochoruk, Edwin Agbuya and Mitch Maghsoudi.
