How many people are fed up with the costs of the ownership maintenance fees @ Carriage Hills? I know I am! They have gone from a respectible amount to an outrageous amount per year! For the price I paid, plus now the costs of maintenance, I could still have a fabulous vacation cheaper every year somewhere else!

calculate all costs before purchasing...it is much cheaper to look for vacation special...service is sketchy and upgrades in ownership constantly being pushed
