Employee/owner rude to Client 1st time she walked in. When Client asked owner for assistance removing a glass pantry door from her car, the owner respondeed "you can't lift it? I throw those things around all day". Then they installed glass the wrong direction. Owner/employee assumed she knew which direction the door swung opened. After multiple visits to deliver and pick up the door (6 in total), customer finally installed the finished door. To her shock there was black glue still adhered to the glass on both sides. Very poor workmanship, rushed job. Customer called to report.....owner/employee responded that "that has NEVER happened before" with no effort to resolve. Told Client it was "not our fault".
THIS customer will NEVER deal with this Carrs Glass again.
