Me and my wife are very happy with the good purchase experience we had at Centaur Subaru while purchasing a new 2014 Forester. Kudos to our sales representative Tyler Tailby. He is very knowledgebale with the brand, acts professionally, is patient and doesn't resort to high pressure aggresive sales tactics (like "I have a deal for you right now, but if you walk away or need time to think, the deal is off", pretty much our previous experience with other salesmen). Also Tyler followed up supporting us after the sale was completed to rectify a couple of minor estaetical problems.
I highly recommend Centaur Subaru in Calgary - this is my second Subaru from Centaur and the overall experience was the way it should be - easy, quick and overall great. Thanks to Reagan Yablonski, Nathen Holland-Jones, and Paul Williams - keep doing what you're doing, it's what differentiates you from other dealers.
I was 2012 Impreza(ed) in early June after 7 months of test drives here, other dealerships and other brands. Subaru and Centaur were both the right choice. Richard was helpful and friendly. Thanks for the STI test drive (maybe next time). When it came to price the deal was quick, easy, done. When it came to a small barely noticeable scratch on the grill surround it was simply replaced no questions or comments. There were many other pleasent surprizes with the car. Great buying experience that I enjoyed. Also thanks to John, Albert and the rest of the Centaur team.
The staff is amazing at Centaur Subaru. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any upselling. They provide you with the necessary information and let you make your decision. I talked to both dealerships and I definately recommend Centaur, they treat you far better than Subaru Calgary and showed me a hassle free way to buying a new vehicle.

I purchased a 2012 Impreza from Centaur and found them to be eager to please and helpful. The only complaint that I had was that it took them an extra day to get my car ready as they were a bit too thorough in the details and forgot that I had pre-approved the process while I was out of the country. That minor delay aside, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to accommodate; three qualities I have found severely lacking in other dealerships regardless of the make of car they are selling. Where other dealerships were filled with self-important and self-congratulating dolts, who knew little about their own product, and were eager only to give me as little money as possible for my car in exchange, these guys actually knew that I, the customer, was to be treated as if I was in fact giving them money and loyalty.
No pressure. Friendly staff. They know their vehicles. Had the car I wanted on the lot. Quick turn around. Overall an excellent purchasing experience!! Highly recommended. And so far the Impreza meets or exceeds all expectations!!
We've had excellent service with Centaur for over 20 years. This time was no exception, as they recommended only the servicing that was actually required and completed it efficiently and at a lower cost than I expected.
Just replaced our 2006 Outback with a new Subaru Outback from Nisar at Centaur Subaru. The whole experience was great ... Nisar has great product knowledge and his customer service skills are fantastic. An A1 experience and I'm loving the new car.
I have a good experience so far with their family style business. They treat customers right and are willing to help out with questions. Servicing the vehicle is efficient and no headaches at all. The only improvement I would suggest is making their showroom more up to date.
