Premises are old and worn ( carpets etc...) In order to get to the pedicure area, you have to walk through an open smelly area where they do hair colour. VERY expensive for what you get. Seems to be a staffing problem - one of the employees came through running and crying from the front area. Big pressure to buy expensive German lotions and creams. A joyless place that is over rated only because it's been there so long and there is NOWHERE else to go in Charleswood.

City Looks is the best salon and spa in the City! I've been going there for years and would recommend it to anyone!
