just to say thanks to the guys at citywide locks.
I brought in my front door lock because I was told by another company on the phone I had a mortise lock and no one could fix it. new ones started at around $1000.00. well after telling citywide I needed a new mortice lock set they asked me what was wrong with the old one.I said I was told it could not be fixed. well a guy named Ralph ask if he could look at it down stairs in his shop, well I said sure, why not. with in 10 minutes he was back up saying it just needs to have a bolt bent back into the right place, not even a new part. thanks to citywide I only paid a $40.00 shop service fee instead of buying a $1000.00 new lock. wow, thanks again guys, i saved a bundle. yours truly Willam Jeffs.

my need 4 a deadbolt brought me to this store.
not sure of what kind i should get, a sales person
with real knowledge of this feild was able to
show me the differnce between i low end bolt
and a high end bolt. i know feel much safer
about my home,plus they gave me 25% off the cost
of the deadbolt.
this is a place i would go to again.

This place is hands down the best place in Toronto. The people that work there always have a solution no matter what price point. They work with you and your budget.
