this one by far the most friendly,helpful and honest dealership i have ever dealt with. After owning fords 5 times i switched to the Nissan Rogue and am so happy. The suv has exceded all expecttions and I would deal and refer this dealership to anyone. From the sales rep Adam to the staff they made buying a new car a joy!!!We had been in 10 dealerships prior to this purchase and Collins Nissan is well above the crowd in customer service!!!

The Service Department does its best to accomodate my schedule and get me in and out efficiently. All the work gets done properly and they also surprise me with a complimentary car wash which is an added bonus. I am diligent in keeping to my maintenenace schedule so I never encounter any 'surprises'. Keep up the good work.

The service people are polite and interested in your car so that the best service can be given. The wait is not long, with coffee, TV and magazines provided. good job!

Great service even on a used sale, I had issues with with the vehicle they went above and beyond what I expected with the service. These guys treat their customers right espicially after the vehicle has been sold. Harry and Fred are two great guys and they know how to treat their customers right and keep them coming back.

we had an issue with our vehicle cutting out while driving took it in collins nissan spoke with harry canning service manager fixed the problem right away and got us back on the road very good customer service he has won my business.

Reciently bought a used car from Collins Nissan, one of the brakes is sticking, went in to get them to fix it and they said it was aftermarket pads and after they looked at it the brakes on that side started to squeal. If the pads were the issue the squeak and sticking would be on both sides, but its not. Then 2 weeks after i got it the oil change light came on so they didnt even change the oil when they got it in because the oil change light is determined by line resistance and not kilometers. Very unhappy with this dealership and when I talk to them about the issues they talk to me as if im a bad person for raising concerns and that I should be happy they sold me a lemon.

First impressions are everything! As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Fred (aka Freddie) who was unbelievably welcoming, he walked me directly over to the Rogue which was already in the show room. He showed me all the safety features (being a new mom-to-be), backup camera and ALL the bells and whistles. Then Freddie directed us to Adam. Adam sat down with my husband and I went over each detail. By the end of the evening (which was well beyond closing) we were extremely thrilled with our purchase! I feel SAFE, sassy and sophisticated in my 2012 Nissan Rogue SV, not to mention 0% financing!!! Thank you Adam, Freddie and Collins Nissan for ensuring the safety of my family and making the overall experience one that I will return to!
