My husband and I have had a horrifying experience with complete flooring liquidators. I would strongly suggest running the other way if you are considering this company to purchase and or install a new floor for you. Our floor has been installed just over 1yr and is peeling up all over the place. We brought this to Kevin's attention and 4 weeks went by before he even called us back regarding it and another 2 weeks before he came to look at it. When he arrived with the "flooring manufacturer" he said is was a defected floor and they would absolutely replace it. It's been 6 months, the floor is getting worse and we are getting nowhere with this company. We keep getting the run around and their story changes with every phone call we make. We have been lied to again and again and complete flooring liquidators has made little effort to rectify the problem. The product is crap and the way the company deals with issues is crap. What angers me the most is we installed this floor for a cleaner home with our new baby. Our now 9.5 month old can't have run of the house because the floor chips and peels and our son could easily get a piece of the flooring in mouth and choke. Thanks for that complete flooring liquidators. As far as our experience goes, this company does not stand behind their product as they claim - they just take your money and run.

  this customer came into are store with two larger gentleman telling us that they work for a tile company and did not care if the customer spilled battery acid on the floor they would replace it and after sending out a home inspector to the home to fine out that they were using a cleaner on the floor that has been pulled from the market and in the warranty paper it says to use a aproved cleaner which they did not use they also let there child spill stuff on the floor with out wipeing it up he told us he wanted us to give him 3000 in cash to replace the baseboard and trims and door casing which we didn't do in the frist place be very aware of this customer they want everything for nothing and will charge you more if there is a issue as of the law suit his job was 5000. and is sueing for 8000. complete flooring liquiators has been around since 1998 with one complaint beware of this customer
