I have been going to Danielle for at least 5 years now and she really knows her stuff! She is honest; will not do something that doesn't work for your hair type; is an EXPERT colourist; is professional yet can have fun; takes time to get to know and genuinely carea about her clients. She can get pretty booked up but I can usually get in to see her when I need to. I get asked about once a week where I get my hair done and I can feel 100% confident when it comes to referring her. She's awesome!

Angela was recommended to me by a good friends who are very particular about their hair. I have been very impressed! She is honest and really listens to you - and has always made good recommendations for my hair. She takes a lot of pride in doing excellent work and is fun!

I have been a client of Angela'a for about two years and absolutely think that she is the best hair dresser/artist ever. I have people stop me on the street asking where I get my hair done. she is very professional at all times and I always enjoy the experience. I would never go anywhere else. I had my hair done by Angela, she is the best. She took a lot of extra time on my hair because it wouldn't take the color. She was knowledgeable and very fun to be around. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, and I will be going back.

I had an appointment with Angela. It was a terrible experience. To summarize:

* Angela is a hair-puller, and has long nails. End result: my scalp was sore for an hour afterwards.

* Bad attitude (condescending).

* After putting up with all of this, I did not even receive a good haircut.

I've lived here for the better part of 20 years and have shopped around all the downtown salons - Fish, Fix, Aveda, Arq... My husband, kids and I have all been going to Danielle at Crescendo for about 5 years. She is awesome (and Chris is too).

Chris does my hair, and my son's too. I love his work, wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. It's a beautiful modern looking salon downtown with the most comfortable atmosphere - I don't feel like I shouldn't be there because I am not cool enough, know what I mean? My teenaged son loves it because Chris has style, and his friends always like his hair.

She has a rocking personality and really knows her stuff. Took my hair from waist length to pixie over the course of 4 cuts. I wanted someone who could look at my face and hair and give me something that complimented my look, not just a trend.

Amazing. Everyone always asks where I get my hair done. And if that isn't enough, the metro-sexual owner will tell you where to buy the funkiest new trends.
