When I phoned for an appt. the woman assured me that she too had naturally curly hair and said she knows how to cut with a razor - like I had asked.

She had curl in her hair but only from either a natural wave in her hair and a curling iron. She hacked at my hair like she was cutting through a forest and when I looked on the floor she begged me not to look on the floor. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing. Leave it to me to try a new hair salon - not to mention she wasn't really young nor old. She should have known better. Now my hair is alot thinner than I wanted it. I'm very disappointed.
