I don't normally write reviews but, with D&D the process of renting dishes for a large Christmas dinner was effortless. I did what I need to do (order the dishes) and they did what they needed to do (give me the dishes). No hassles, all correspondence by phone or email. They even have delivery.

I have been using D&D Party & Tent Rentals for over 18 years. They are fantastic! Whenever I have discovered that I have fogotten an item....they have it out to me ASAP! They are extremely professional and very friendly. I use them for all our business events and wouldn't think of using anyone else!!!

D & D are a pleasant, efficient and well-priced rental company. They recently provided Elections Ontario with tables and chairs for the provincial election and were friendly and helpful. On election morning, they even made an extra trip when we placed a last minute order and they arrived in minimal time.

We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair-priced rental company.

Greatest place to rent from. Always quick and efficent. very pleasant to deal with and always willing to accommodate you,

The customer services was good. The turn around time was fast and effecient. Very flexible and friendly staff. One thing was the delivery was scheduled for between 9am - 5pm and the delivery arrived late passed 6pm. Would of like to received a phone call from head office advicing of lateness and an estimated time of arrival, as there were other things to get prepare for the event instead of waiting and waisting a whole day waiting. Also no one to contact in the office after 5pm.

  I apologize for the late arrival of your rental items. Your point is well taken. If our delivery truck is going to be late, for any reason, a phone call to advise customers with an estimated time of arrival is a very good idea.
  
  On time deliveries are always a priority for our dispatch department. Sometimes delays are unavoidable and that is why we prefer to deliver your equipment the day before your event.
  
  While it is true our office hours end at 5pm, our after hours emergency numbers are listed on the message.

D&D has moved from Martin Ross Ave.

They are now located at 40 Shaft Road Unit #10 in the Kipling and Dixon area of Etobicoke.

great staff, great service... they came highly recomended to and I would highly recomend them also
