they wanted to charge me double the quotation and came up with a hokus pokus story to justify it, when I refused they refused to give me my jacket, they still have it until now

  That is absolutely awful!! Do you have any recourse? I wouldn't even begin to know where or whom to suggest that you call for assistance but there has to be someone who can @ the very least, help you get your jacket back!!! :)

  I really don't know what to do, I cannot go to court for something like this, it will cost me double the cost of a new jacket, you know. I guess they know that and they are using it to their benefit
