After buying a new vehicle 5 months ago, called about 8 times in two months to find out why my old vehicle was not being moved from their yard for the recycle your ride program. With no calls back, only to find out they didn't send the documents required that they had on hand, it took them 4 months to figure it out and turned out that the writing wasn't dark enough or big enough to read. Took another month to send the information again. I had to call recycle your ride myself because they were to impotent to make the call themselves. Still no phone call! ignorant and unreliable! Cant wait until I get the survey!

Late on appointment, mechanics destroyed the car causing a catastrophic failure on the side of the road. Horribly slow to repair their mistake and did not offer a courtesy vehicle what so ever (or even a ride home).
Only up point is they didn't charge anything to repair their mistake (not that I would have paid it anyway).
