I have been a customer for over 10 years. I complained that they have not met our needs and our major collections were left lingering. When i complained about it, they were very quick to respond (my renewal was due). They proposed a very fair deal, but once signed, we realized they did not deliver what was promised. I've been trying to call/email them for over 2 months, apparently the managers are NEVER there, or in MONTREAL. When i visit the branch what i'm told on the phone, he's in a meeting, turns into he's not in the office today. Liars, with no organizational skills.

Poor service. Once they got my initial fee, they disappeared and could not help much. Completely waisted my money on this service.
They only basically write (Official) letters asking for overdue monies, with no investigative work done.

  I only gave them 1/2 star, LOL, I think that's the lowest you can go. Hopefully people read these reviews and don't use them. I hope they go bankrupt.
