I sent my very new car back in for a repair, there was confusion in the service department, I almost did not have my car for the long weekend and worse of all, the problem was not resolved correctly. I will have to make another trip in to attempt to get my car repaired again.

I purchased a new car at Don Valley north Toyota from Anwar Khan and am more than pleased with Mr. Khan's dealings with me. He fully understood all the details of the car I purchased and the purchase itself and was not a pushy salesman. I would give him a definite five star rating.

Being bullied into signing a contract is not how you should do business. They shouldn't be treating first time buyers and new comers to Canada like this. Sales reps like Claudy Woo will pressure you into buying chemical protection and extended warranties on a 4 year lease that you don't even need.
Please don't ever buy from Don Valley Toyota, your own people will ruthlessly take advantage of you.

My 2011 camry is two years old and only 15558 kilometers on it. But I found engine leaking oil. I went to Don Valley North Toyota for repair for two times. First time, I went to repair for oil leaking, two hours later, they call said it's ready to pick up. When I go back to pick it up. They just give me the key without any explanation. I read the report said "no oil leaking found". I show the photo I took from the floor of my garage. There is dark stain from oil leak. The advisor said it maybe water or maybe from other car leak oil. I told him that I checked it. It is oil and we have only one car in our family. He still said they do not found oil leaking.

After that, I went to a private garage to check it. They easily found the problem. They found oil leaking from bottom of engine box. I took photo and back to don valley north toyota show the advisor the photo and told him where the oil is leaking. After three hours they call me to pick up. They also give me key without explainantion. I read the report they found engine leaking oil, but did not repair. They said "dose not qualify repairs as per TCI standards". He want me call Toyota by myself. This car is only two years old and only 15558 kilometers. It is under wattanty. Engine leaking oil and not qualify to repair. How much leaking then qualifies to repair? How to estimate the leaking qualify or not? They did not explaining anything.

The problem is no matter engine leaking oil fast or slow. The engine leaking oil everyday. Engine problem is big problem. I am very disappointed about Toyota product. I am very disappointing the service of Don Valley North Toyota. Engine leaking oil during warranty and dose not get repair. I am very sad. I will never come back for maintenance service at Don Valley North Toyota! I will never buy Toyota vehicle for my next vehicle!

I booked my car to replace my winter tires to summer tires on rims for a 3:30 appointment. Although I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told the car would be ready at 5:30 pm -that meant that DVN would take 1/2 hour for each tire (WOW). At about 5:30 the job was complete but car wash took another 15 minutes because there was a long line and to make matters worse after paying the bill another 15 minutes was wasted locating the keys.

If DVN does not like changing tires tell the customers upfront that is not part of their service so that then can go elsewhere. This is the second time it has happened to me for a 2 hour tire change. A very disappointing service and a waste of time

- My request was for changing my winter tires( on rims ) and express oil change. Service time estimate was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Work completion was on time, including a tire puncture repair and wiper blade replacement. No complimentary was included. Reception, car attendant and repair manager were very polite and helpful at all times. Keep up the good service as I expect for the past 18 years with DVNT.

First , let me say 2 things :
-previous service has been fine , and ...
-no complaints about the Service Rep , Don Chen ; indeed , he did his best for me .

My complaint surrounds the fact that I brought the vehicle at at 9 AM this morning (by appointment made last week) and got it back at 1 PM : i.e. 4 hours to perform oil & filter service,
check the rear control arm on recall , and replace a tire valve core ... to me , an unacceptable length of time for this work .

I will return to DVN Toyota for future service , based on past experience , but should this situation arise again , will certainly look elsewhere .

I, m hoping this report will be brought to the attention of the Service Manager .

I noticed that the air vent close control only worked for abut 5 minutes before the computer force the air vent to stay open. I brought my car in for service and Don Valley North Toyota's technicians loaded a new program for my car to get this problem fixed in no time.

This is ridiculous how staff lost my car key during the regular oil change.
The most amaze me that the manager has not apologized or offered anything instead

I made an appointment for Rust Check and your Assistant Service Manager was missing at the scheduled time for more than half an hour. When I asked to see another Assistant Service Manager (ASM), no ASM would like to help the customer. No team spirit at all at your Service Department. All the Assistant Service Manager just like to sit at their own desk without a customer interrupting them (especially the Indian Assistant Customer Service Manager).
Extremely disappointing.

I've been doing business with Don Valley North Toyota since 2009 and have never been disappointed. The service is super quick and they make sure to accommodate your schedule. There is always a complimentary car wash at the end of the service which is nice gesture. Keep up the good work!

These guys were great.

They did a good job and even did a few extra things that I asked them to do.

People usually say that going to a dealership to get work done on your car is a rip-off, but there's nothing like peace of mind and good service.
