I have been a Toyota customer for at least 20 years. My family and I have probably leased or owned 20+ Toyotas and I have the job of taking them all in for service. On Friday May 25th I took our 2009 Camry in for service to Don Valley Toyota. Let me say that Paul Tetreault was the best Service Assistant I have dealt with in all these years. He was quick, responsive, pleasant, followed up on time, kept the time frames he promised and was most amicable. I would hope that Toyota realizes the valuable asset they have in Paul. Ken Fuller
