Thankfully those days are gone. At least with my experience. Mike was knowledgeable and honestly informative. It was a pleasure dealing with them. He provided me with all the options and and once i decided which model works the best for me, just to make sure, he took me on very impressive test drive that really gave me a chance to feel and appreciate the new Honda Accord. And once we came back he provided me with a deal that i could't refuse, while maintaining his professionalism and easy non pushy approach. I will recommend his service to absolutely everyone. I purchased a used Honda CRV, with the excellent help of Massud. Massud was quickly able to to provide me with all the answers to any questions I had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I agree with the previous reviewer in that the location of this dealership is excellent for test drives. It is also easily accessible by ttc or car. Although this dealership is small, the quality of inventory, and customer service is not. A pleasure, buying here!
