I only need to lose 20 pounds. I started Dr. Bernstein's weight loss program and lost 7 pounds in 6 days. Yes, you have to watch what you eat, but for the betterment of your health. I do not have a problem with this diet as I am a trainer, nutrition consultant and a nurse and have no second thoughts about referring Dr. Bernstein to my clients. There are some people out there who literally have over 100 pounds or so to lose. Dangerous if you are a diabetic. Sometimes conventional measures just don't cut it and you need a professional to guide you all the way through until you reach your goal. So, it is up to you. You be the judge.
