I have been going to this clinic fo 5 weeks now and have safely lossed 20 lbs I have another 40 to go. The staff are very professional, and explain everything how this diet works. The best thing is you shop normally - even my husband who isn't on the program is eating healthier and losing weight - not as much as myself.

If you want a diet program that really works, medically supervised and the cost really isn't that much compared to others - it is easy to follow - I even go to restaurants and feel comfortable ordering my meal.

I have never found myself hungry -starving, or feeling without as there are lots of great receipes to try!
