My friend recommended me to call elite mobile to detail my car. They did a excellent job cleaning it inside and outside. But unfortunately it seems like there is some kind of chemical stain on my tan leather interior. I asked them about it and they said they didn't do it. I'm sure the stain wasn't there before. I'm quite upset about the fact they didn't admit to it and take responsibility.

I would NOT call them again .

  I am sorry to the individual that this has happened to your car, BUT i believe you have the wrong company. I did not detail this car at all. I have only been in business for a month now and have not cleaned a tan interior car at all. I would truely love the opportunity to come and see the car and try and remove the stain that the other company might have left on your leather. BUT again this was NOT a detail that Elite Mobile Auto Detail performed because we are fully insured and would take care of any damage that we cause to any car. I am again truly sorry this has happened to you.

Wow!! He did an excellent job. My car feels and looks like a brand new car- inside and out. He even managed to buff out old scratches and clean dog hairs! I was very impressed. I also like the fact that He came to my door. I will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend Elite Mobile Auto Detailing

I just got my JEEP detailed by Elite and I couldn't believe how clean it got. I have a dog that sheds hair like crazy and we are always in my JEEP and Elite got everything totally clean, it was like my dog never even entered my SUV.
If anyone is looking to get pet hair out of their car AND having it look completely clean/polished like new, I would say call ELITE!
