Very disappointed. He sided with the contractor that hired him and was completely biased towards them.

I made a complaint to NWFA who AGREED that he was in violation of the NWFA’s Standard of Profession Conduct in the following ways:

"To inspect wood flooring honestly, responsibly and in an unbiased manner...."

"To draw my conclusions based on testing, observations and related industry standards"

"To address and report only on the problem/concern...."

and he was suspended from the NWFA.
