I wanted to send a follow up email about the service I had received from Erin Mills Limousine Service. I am very late in writing this, but better late than never, ha ha!

First off, Shannon, you were so helpful, polite, professional, and friendly with such a great rapport and a truly genuine person to talk to. It’s very hard to find people like that these days. Erinmills is lucky to have you.

I did get upgraded to the SUV and it was perfect. It was a great surprise! The limo was beautiful, clean, and everyone was impressed! Mario our driver was top notch! He was so nice, so accommodating so professional. He told us we were his for the night so we could keep all our coats and bags in there while we went out on the town. He even took photos for us. It couldn’t have worked out better! I know I was late booking the limo but, from beginning to end, there is nothing that would have made it more perfect.

As a busy mom, driving around two kids to all their events can get hairy. My teenage daughter and her friends needed to get to the Molson Amphitheatre for a concert and the family schedule did not allow us to drive her ourselves. Although I was a bit nervous about sending them on their own, I thought it would be great to have them take a Limo to the event. It was "awesome", as the girls said. The service was excellent, the driver, Alex was extremely professional and personable. Mary Lou was very helpful, friendly and professional. I'm over my nerves now and will definitely use Erin Mills Limousine again, and again.

Very Helpful on the phone! Driver was pleasant and prompt! Using Erin Mills Limousine Service service enhanced our evening out with friends.

I recently was part of wedding party that used Erin Mills Limo Service and we were very happy with the service and cleanliness of the limo.

Their was cold water and champagne on board and both were very refreshing.

Our chauffeur, Teixeira, was very courteous and knew how to get to our photography locations quickly and efficiently. He was also very helpful in allowing us to access the limo throughout the day as needed.

We used ErinMills limo services for our wedding May 26, 2012. The price was the best we found. We had 8 hours of service and a black stretched limo. The driver was early, the limo was very clean and spacious. The service provided was excellent and easy. I have been in a lot of wedding parties and ErinMills provided the best service I have experienced. I would highly recommend.

Erin Mills Limousine Services was the icing on the cake. They were at our places on time, the car was clean and the Driver (JOE) was very proffessional. We all felt like VIPs. Haveing such a large group it made sense to take a limo. No one wants to drink and drive. We had a great night with no wories,everyone made it home same and felt like a "Million Dollars"

I booked a Limo for my cousin's 25th Birthday. we had a very large group, 20 people. Mary Lou was helpful in the booking process and also in the follow up. Our driver Barry was great and I admired the way he dealt with my group as 20 slightly tipsy (loud) people aren't always easy to deal with. He was professional and tended to our requests.

The only issue we had was that at the start of the night everyone took a bit long to meet Barry downstairs and he was about to leave, but obviously that was more our fault as the birthday speeches ran late - but we made it just in time and the night was great. Barry was also great at keeping me up to date with his location throughout the night.

I would use Erin Mills Limousine again should the need arise.

I would like to thank Mary Lou for all her help organizing the stretch hummer SUV for my daughters grade 8 semi formal. She is always a pleasure to work with. The car showed up before the scheduled arrival time, the interior was impeccable and the driver was totally amazing with the 13 13 year old girls.
