I had a bad experience here. I got a half head of highlights done and they did a terrible job. The blond turned out yellow. Also, they didn't cut my hair the way I asked. I asked for some layering, but she gave me a blunt cut. Not to mention when she cut my hair, she parted it on the side, so when I parted on the other side, I had some strands of hair that were longer than the rest!! ARGH. Now I have to spend another 2 1/2 hours somewhere else to get it fixed. I will never go back here. They just all around didn't seem to know what they were doing.
