I urge anyone thinking of renting from Exclusive Affairs to re-think that decision. They have terrible customer service. I tried to rent linens from them for my upcoming wedding and was given the run-around, messages not answered, and finally told that I had to wait 3 weeks before my wedding for confirmation of my rental. I've also been told by others that when your event happens and something goes wrong, they are not responsive at all - be warned!

This is a great company.

We used Exclusive for our son's Bar Mitzvah. Everything was perfect. We had sat down with the staff ahead of time to select the items. Suggestions were made that helped reduce the overall cost. Obviously shows they care about the client rather than overcharging for things you don't need.

EVERYTHING was delivered on time and the items delivered were as ordered. I would highly recommend them for your event
