We were going to rent a vehicle from this company...when we arrived..the "Car" was "van" and when we refused it..we were told the transaction had not been processed..so no paper work required...

a few days later a 300 charge appeard on our credit card...and am now having to fight the credit card company and report a fraud..because the owner refuses to refund my money!!!

CROOKED AND A THEIF!!!!!

DO NOT ever rent or even reserve a vehicle through this guy. He took my money a month before the reservation date and did't even have a vehicle for me on the date that I had it reserved. He also never called me to tell me he had no vehicle, just left us hanging, with my money of course. A nightmare trying to get my money back, he NEVER returns phone calls, always has some lame excuse one YOU get a hold of him. Its a wonder the guy is in business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, as dishonest a business as I have ever seen. The only reason I gave a half star rating is because I was forced to, I could not submit comments with no stars. Otherwise, absolutely a ZERO star rating.

Do not rent a vehicle there EVER. They do not have any cars there, and when they bring you one, it is a rust bucket with 400,00 km, and the car is ready to break down. The owner is very dishonest and crooked. Do not do business there, I have warned you. Zero stars
