hi sid, I used Exotica Limo to hire a limo for a 31st birthday I called office and the staff there really knew what they were doing and gave very good description of the cars / limos they had to offer.

The driver was very helpful and gave us his card just in case we wanted him to pick us up any earlier. I had a great deal much cheaper than other companies I tried and the limo was excellent we had bottles of champagne to drink whilst we travel to our destination. i'll recommend Exotica Limo and will be using them in the future for my wedding cars. Terrible. The night started off fine, them on time, reviewed open alcohol rules and seemed professional. When we went to pay we gave her 360 dollars, and she said only a 10 dollar tip? we told her yes we like to tip after our service is provided and she told us she didn't work like that and she takes it upfront. She wouldn't move or go anywhere without a tip. When we talked on the phone they made it clear tip was not included in the price of 350 but a 15% tip is expected but is given by the customers discretion. Well she didn't deserve one AT ALL.

The CD player didn't work, she told me it was because I was putting it in upside down? It was just broken. The AC was weak and we were so hot. She told us she was going to be there at 1:50am and we all need to be out there by 2. She said it about 20 times. We were outside by 1:30 and she didn't come until 2:10 without a call or an apology.

When we called and complained the owner called me a liar, and said that the driver said we were drunk, rude and disrespectful. We took our complaint to the better business bureau because this is how terrible there service was.

  This Complaint Was Looked into Thoroughly. There were no problems found in the vehicle in question. Client was asked to come in to inspect the vehicle and show us what was not working the following day, however the client declined to do so.
  
  As for the chauffeur,they are not allowed to impose Gratuities onto clients of which they are well aware of but since this is a word of mouth issue the chauffeur is being dealt with according to company regulations.

I just wanted to thank Sid and Craig for the most amazing night out for my daughter and her friends. Craig was a very friendly driver who was polite and well mannered. Towards the end of the night, I realized that the movie was much longer than anticipated and I had the limo booked until 9:30. Sid who is the owner of the company sent another limo as Craig had to leave for another customer. Not only did Sid arrange the limo to come pickup the kids but he also sent over a hummer limo for the same price. Thank you Sid and Craig! Very pleasant people to work with.

I just want to thank you for the night you helped us with on Saturday. We had a great night and your services were wonderful. We could not have asked for anything more. Your driver was very friendly and professional. Thanks again for making our night a memorable one!!!

Great Service and the Hummer limo was awesome specially with the light floor. Greg (Our Chauffeur) was very helpful with assisting my parents and my wedding party. I will recommend to my friends and family....Amanda :)
