Lidia was so helpful. It was the first time I was planning an event at the office and she helped me every step of the way. I got so many compliments on the food. They made me look great! I will definitely use them again.

I HAVE USED SEVERAL CATERING COMPANIES IN THE PAST SOME WERE OK , AND SOME WERE BETTER THAN OTHERS. FOR QUALITY I WOULD ALWAYS USE FOOD FOR THOUGHT. YOU TELL THEY MAKE SAUCES ,SOUPS FROM SCRATCH ,NOT STORE BOUGHT.EVEN HOT CHICKEN ON A BUN WAS FRESH. OUR TURKEY DINNER WAS GREAT, BEST DRESSING AND GRAVY THE STAFF AND I HAD WITH LOTS OF LEFT OVERS. I REMEMBER ONE TIME I WAS IN A PINCH AND NEEDED AN ORDER LAST MINUTE. THE STAFF CAME THROUGH FOR ME. I GAVE A CHANCE TO A PLACE CALLED [CAFE' SUPREME] ONCE AND THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE .IT WAS LIKE EATTING 3 DAY OLD BREAD WITH DRIED MEAT. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AT FOOD FOR THOUGHT

can't say enough about how good the food is, the sandwiches and wraps, their hot sandwiches are to die for, real chicken and real veal with not alot of breading,drivers are always freindly and on time, presinatation is very imporatant to me and they nail it every time, keep up the good work.

I am getting married this year! Yay Me :) My fiance and I have been looking around for caterers and tried countless sample meals. Finally I can stop looking. We were invited to my cousins winter wonderland beautiful wedding this January. The food was great and the staff was so on top of things! My cousin Jenny could sit back and relax at not have the food and service as a worry on her special day. After enjoying the delicious dinner and being served by great people, we decided then and there. We have already met with Lidia and were so pleased, we can admit that we are picky and not the easiest to please, but she did just that. We are looking forward to our special day! Thanks Lidia

I had planned for an event and instead of doing it online or on the phone I dropped by their facilities. The kitchen is crammed and the lack of fridge space made me wonder if it was possible at all to keep a large order at safe temperatures. I have to also say the place was filthy. Not dirty because they were just busy, we are talking dingy because they cleaning does not seem like priority.

I never booked with them.

I have dealt with a number of caterers, but Lidia and Mike were by far the most personable, understanding, outgoing, and professional individuals I have worked with. I would recommend them for any occasion of any size. They have made our lives much easier with their thorough knowledge of this business and all that comes with it. Lidia not only supplied the food but provided us with all the event planning necessities. Further the staff was friendly, approachable, and very hard workers who went above and beyond to make sure we encountered no stress. Our day was amazing and we thank you Lidia and Mike.

Mike and Lidia were amazing!
They took care of all of our needs and helped to make our Reception a night to remember. Lidia was able to anticipate my needs - after all brides can be a little demanding. The food was perfect, just as we asked and they were able to accomodate special diets with no problem. Well worth it.

Food For Thought gave us nothing but problems right from the very beginning. They canceled several appointments on us without giving any notice (we were coming in from out of town!) and lying about the reasons for doing so (giving several conflicting excuses). They were constantly changing prices on us, they had no communication between them and we would getting different quotes depending on who we were dealing with that day. They were extremely LATE on our wedding day... the meal was an hour late... and our poor guests were starving! Afterward they tried to blame it on us saying that we hadn't set the cooking/serving tables up for them (which takes what? 5min). After I copied and pasted emails from them where they said they'd be taking care of all of the set-up including the tables, then they blamed us for not having set the BBQ up for them. When I reminded them that THEY SUPPLIED THEIR OWN BBQ, then they stopped communicting with me! Their conduct was absolutely dreadful! The servers were unreliable, never around, collected wine glasses BEFORE the toasts (so we had nothing to toast with) and had to constantly be asked to pour water or clear plates. Food For Thought was just a nightmare... the only part of our wedding that caused us problems. Since they were an hour late in providing dinner, it threw our entire reception off by an hour... and did the servers stay an hour later to compensate?? Of course not!!

Wonderful attention to detail. A pleasure to deal with and the food was fantastic!
