FOS DECOR designed my dream wedding this past weekend. I had the honor of working with Sonia who took my wedding dream and made it happen. During all the stress of planning, Sonia came through with amazing ideas. The bridal bouquets were large, fresh and beautiful. Every little detail from the ribbon design to the amount of flowers blew me away. Sonia created a custom backdrop for me that I had never imagined, adding surprise details. I was looking for a few items to rent for my very high end wedding.

Long story short, the product we revieved was dirty, rusty, poorly put together and poorly care for. Asking FOS to step and correct this problems didn't get us very far.

Bad product and bad service seem to be BAU (business as usual). And they don't care.

Will never use them again for anything and would discourage anyone else from using them as well.

  In this case, the client was trying a “Do it yourself” approach in order to avoid having to pay FOS to execute the event. Client picked up the product and transported it herself. We offered to replace the items she was unhappy with for brand new product and in addition gave her a refund for those same items. The client declined our offer as she did not wish to come and pick-up the new items for her event. She simply opted to accept the refund. We did everything we could to try and rectify the situation, but obviously money was her only concern, not the event itself.

Do not use this place. We asked for one type of flower for the bride's bouquet and we received a bouquet with only 3 of these flowers and the rest a mixture of other kinds that we did not ask for. It looked like a 5 year old put them together. This is despite agreeing on a picture of the exact bouquet we wanted. Even though there was a picture they still had the nerve to blame the bride and groom and say it was their fault. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The groomsmen's bouteneers were way too big so the flower kept drooping and hanging awkwardly. I would never recommend this place. The flowers were extremely cheap looking. Do not use them.

Fos was absolutely amazing. We came to them only two weeks before our wedding after our original decorator screwed us over. After the nightmare of dealing with our original decorator, we called around scrambling to find what we were looking for. We went through our wedding binder searching through some of our previous quotes and remembered fos decor to be one of the largest and most reliable companies in the industry. I gave Raviv (our original designer) a call and explained to him our situation and that our wedding was in two weeks. He said that this actually happens quite often, and it was not a problem and that we should relax and come in to see him. Even after speaking with him over the phone we felt so much more relaxed about the situation. We booked an appointment and immediately realized that saving a few dollars was not worth the stress and headache of dealing with a small decor company. Raviv re-created an original design, much nicer than what we had already booked. Although his design was more expensive, we realized that you pay for what you get.

Within two weeks, they ordered all of my flowers, took care of all the rentals and made our wedding an amazing memory for us to cherish. We feel great about what happened, it was a blessing that we ended up using fos decor instead of the other decor company. They gave us amazing service and did a fantastic job with our design. I would highly recommend using fos to any of my family or friends.

FOS Decor did an amazing job designing my bridal shower. Sonia, worked with us throughout the designing process from beginning to end. She took our vision and brought it to life through creativity and imagination. Thank you so much for making a huge impact on my guests. I look forward to the wedding. :)
