Very friendly staff, they treat their customers extremely well. I have been happy with every hair cut and blow dry here. Prices are good, and since they renovated, the place looks fabulous! Convenient location next to Starbucks!

Danilo, I want to personally thank you and I want everyone to know that I appreciate you artistry and your ability to always make me feel beautiful. Every time I walk away from your chair, I feel fantastic. I receive complements everywhere I go and I am happy to tell them that I have the greatest hair dresser. Came to Fratellis for the first time, staff was very welcoming had a stylist by the name of Paul, what an awesome stylist, I had no idea what to do, he used his expertise and I trusted him with his choice and walked out sooooo happy I went from a 5 to a 10. Thanks Paul!

I'm a new client of Fratelli's and specifically Marco's. I've only been there twice but I must say that I immediately noticed that Marco runs his salon extremely well. HIs customer service is wonderful and his hair cuts are also great! I've never been to a salon where the stylists actually seemed knowledgable about hair. I also really appreciated the time he took to talk to me about what I wanted before I had my hair washed. I didn't feel rushed and I knew that he was really listening to what I had to say. I highly recommend this salon. You'll feel very well taken care of and you'll end up with a great cut.

So I had my first fix of Fratelli today. I dragged my husband from Oakville, and we both got 10cc's of Marco. Just as special as everyone says he is! My husband is flying high with his new hairstyle, and I'm giddy to see him look so good!!! We were excited about eachother's hairstyles!

The team is very much just that - a team. We really appreciated their warmth and how they all support eachother.

We wish them tremendous success, as they are very deserving. I don't think I can explain fully, but there is something infectious about their wonderful attitude and charisma. It seems other reviewers shared this vibe of the "feel good" phenomenon of Fratelli.

I had just moved to Toronto and had to find a new hairstylist. I found Fratelli's online and called and left them a message. Marco called me back in the most timely manner and I'm so glad I tried this place out! Paul did my color and he was just great! Most positive energy and he did an amazing job!! Marco did my cut and styling, which was just as good as the color. Definitely going back!! Thanks for a great experience!

I, for one, don't get my hair done all that often...about every 5 months or so. Mostly to save money, but also because I don't feel comfortable in the salon.
I tried Fratelli's yesterday and I must say I can't wait for my next appointment! I walked in, and I was immediately greeted with a smile, and offered coffee. I didn't have to wait long at all. Even when I booked my appointment I had to reschedule for a bit later in the day - and it was no trouble at all!
Paul met me, asked what I was looking for, and then went right to work mixing up my colour. He was very helpful and attentive, and I felt very comfortable and welcome while waiting for my colour to set. Every few minutes, another staff member would ask if I needed anything - something I have NEVER experienced at any other salon. Paul cut my hair beautifully - exactly what I wanted, and his custom colour is FANTASTIC!
Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience here, and would recommend them to anyone. You walk in - and you immediately feel at ease. Everyone has a very upbeat attitude, and when I went to pay part of me didn't want to leave and just stay there talking. You are also given a point for every dollar spent that may be used on services later on. If you are searching for a great stylist who will treat you with respect and appreciate your individualism - I totally recommend this place. You will not be disappointed (and their espresso is awesome)!

Fratelli's is a great place to go in for your hair service. The environment & staff is very friendly. They make you so comfortable. Everybody has fun while working. My stylist was Laura and she did an awesome job. I am definitely going back !!!

I experienced my first visit to Fratelli's Salon a few days ago and it was such a treat. From the moment I walked in the door to moment I left the customer service was fabulous and everyone was so friendly. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Marco who did an incredible job on my colour, cut and style. He recommended some products which I have used for a few days now and absolutely love. The salon was busy, obviously other people feel the same way I do. This is definitely my new hair salon.

Today I went for a haircut after already being recommended by a friend and I have to say,it was my best experience that I've had at a hair salon. Right when I entered, I was greeted by the Fratelli crew and they introduced themselves along with offering me coffee. I was very welcomed and felt very comfortable in the environment. My haircut was really well done and I was very pleased with it. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great people, great environment, great work.

what an amazing salon..saw paul at fratellis on saturday..i didnt have any plans for that night..as soon as my husband saw my hair he called a babysitter for the night..had such a great night he kept telling me how hot and radiant i looked .needless to say hes going to go to paul for a haircut this week..keep up the great work..and thank you for helping create a little spark between us..priceless

I actually followed Marco from the previous salon he was working at and I drive up to Fratelli's from my home downtown rather than find a stylist closer to home. Nobody has ever given me such good haircuts so why go elsewhere?

The rest of the staff is really friendly and helpful and the complimentary espresso is delicious!

All I can say is wow .. I was blown away by Paul's professionalism and expertise .. Best cut and color I've ever had .. The team at Fratellis is unbelievable. Keep it up guys

My sister and I visited Fratelli's salon for the first time today. We were pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere, customer service, and quality of care at this little gem of a store provided. (It is located conveniently for transit riders as well.)
Paul and Laura did wonderful work and were very knowledgeable of what I as well as my sister wanted.
Usually verrrrry leery of where I go to get a haircut, and I was not disappointed by Fratelli's. As a side bonus for a caffeine addict, they serve cappuccinos. ;)

I made my first visit to Fratelli's this week after purchasing a great package on a recent DealFind promo: it included a haircut, wash, blow dry, Moroccan oil conditioning, style and partial highlights (10 foils), including highlight colour toner. All for only $34. Most of the salon deals that come through on sites like DealFind, Groupon, etc are at shady locations. I've always been very leery of taking my chances on those businesses, as they're usually poorly reviewed, if at all. When I saw this deal come through for Fratelli's, I Googled their business name and was pleasantly surprised by how many people were raving about them. I knew this was the deal for me and bought it straight away.

The salon is located in a very charming shopping area with plenty of free parking available in the back. I arrived for a 2pm appointment and was cheerfully greeted. They seated me immediately and offered me a beverage. They had clever metal hooks installed at each station upon which customers are able to hang their purses. I loved this thoughtful detail! There was only one other customer in the salon at the time I arrived, but by the end when I left, it was really bustling. They worked efficiently and took great care to keep their operation running smoothly.

I was assigned Laura as my stylist. She was very pleasant, attentive, and thorough. She treated me with caramel highlights in my dark brown hair, and they turned out to be the perfect colour. She advised that I keep most of the length in my hair and gave me a great cut that complimented my face shape, which was exactly what I'd asked for. My hair is extremely thick and can be a bit tricky to tame, but Laura knew just how to handle it. She added beautiful layers and removed my damaged ends. She and I really hit it off and talked effortlessly about our similar Italian families, life in Toronto, and time flew while she meticulously worked with a roundbrush to give my monster mane one of the best blowouts I've had in my life. The Moroccan products used, both during washing and styling, had a noticeably positive effect on my frazzled hair. I would love to purchase these products in the future when I'm more able to afford it, and was happy that no one in the salon was trying to push additional sales on me.

The people who were coming and going during my 2 hours in the salon all seemed to be regulars, which speaks to the reliability of Fratelli's service.

I will definitely be returning to this salon. It was fun and peppy, very relaxed and inviting, and I received arguably the best cut a girl could hope for. I've uploaded a picture for reference, which was taken soon after I left my appointment. Laura also shared a fun tidbit with me, which is that Lauren Holly is a regular at this salon.... can't be all that bad when you have celebrity clients. I would highly recommend Fratelli's to anyone who is looking for real expertise and a friendly environment. I can't wait to go back and expect to make this salon my go-to place for many years to come.

Fratelli's is a hidden gem just north of Toronto. I have been getting my hair cut by Marco for 13 years and have never been disappointed. He has great style and is a true expert with the scissors. His new salon has a natural warmth set by a calm and relaxing team of stylists. You are lucky if you get Marco, but any of his proteges will also leave you feeling beautiful!

My son and I have been getting our hair cut every month by Marco of Fratelli's. Marco has a tremendous ability to recall every detail of each haircut and listens carefully to how you want to adjust from a previous cut. Whether you are changing styles or adjusting to the season, Marco gets it right every time.

Marco and his team are great stylists, they are always 'on time' and they offer up a great cappuccino.

Plus these guys are very personable and a lot of fun. You leave feeling happy and looking good!

Ever have those days when you can't stand to look at yourself in the mirror? Not only is the self-confidence factor down somewhere around your ankles but that messy mop you call hair is tied back in some frumpy ponytail because your roots are showing and your split ends have split ends?

Everyone has them but not everyone knows that a simple jaunt over to Fratelli's can drag you out of the drab doldrums and have you exit with a strut in your walk and your head held high because you know you look good. It's easy as a swipe of a credit card and an hour of your time. It is time well spent.

Fratelli's is a posh and polished salon with all the trimmings. You walk in and you already know it's going to be good. Why? Because the stylists are good. Better than that really. I have had the privilege of having my head worked on by two wonderful hair dressers there and they have yet to cease to amaze not only myself but an entire international community of writers. These guys know their stuff. Everything from Bridal show pieces to industrial core buzz cuts, they can deliver the goods every time. I once demanded that Danilo turn my hair into something off of a Motley Crue cover (80's era) and despite the "Are you Crazy?!" moment he did it. It was a hair style that literally stopped traffic at one point, that's how spot-on it was.

But it gets better.

Recently Fratelli's has added a new hair snipper to the crew. Her name is Laura (also known fondly as Louds). She may seem a little shy at first but there is nothing subtle about this woman's work. Her passion and precision for the perfect hair cut keeps people coming back for more. I have been with her ever since she first picked up a teasing comb and a pair of scissors and I can say from experience that she can handle anything. She's like David Copperfield, but in combat boots and a killer hair do. One minute your hair is frizzled/drab/dried out/broken/ratty/lifeless/boring and then somehow your head looks like it should be in a shampoo commercial. It's like magic...artistic magic that is.

This may seem like a long review but excellence deserves every bit of praise that is due. So take a chance, drop on in, enjoy walking art and those that craft it. They'll be ready with a hair dryer in one hand, a cappuccino in the other, and a smile as big as Yonge Street.
