i face bad service ever in my life with Future Shop 11-1910 Pembina Hwy and as bought HP Laptop with warranty. My laptop was with them for about 4 months for repair.So in one and a half year i could not use my laptop for about 4 months and i visit them 12 times and one day i got argument with there technician when i said i am thinking to buy Apple Laptop then his answer was amazing which is you will face same problem as you have with HP Laptop then i said you mean Future Shop Selling Sub Standard Products and he has no answer.
I LOVE FUTURE SHOP SHOPPING, WE HAVE PURCHASED 2 COMPUTERS, IPAD 2 AND FAX, PRINTER AND TVS AND HARMONY REMOTES.
THE SUPPORT STAFF IS GREAT, ESPECIALLY BOBBY DIHMAN IN THE COMPUTER AREA. SALES SAFF ARE KNOWLEGEABLE. I LOVE THE WARRANTY AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE.
WITH SETTING UP THE HARMONY REMOTE WE NEEDED THE EXTRA SERVICE TO INSTALL SUCH GREAT REMOTES AND IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.
PEOPLE SAY HI TO US IN THE STORE.
OH FORGOT ..HUBBIE BOUGHT A CAMERA THERE TOO AND SO HAVE I.
I bought a really expensive pair of headphones from Future Shop a while back, and they convinced me to get the warranty for an extra 20 dollars. I'm glad I did because the headphones broke after only a couple months of use. I went to the store hoping to get a new pair, but they said I had to mail the company my headphones. I was a little annoyed that I couldn't get a pair on the spot but I understand. I'm unfortuanately still waiting for them to mail me anything, and it's been over a month. They said it would only take a business week. What is the deal here... I just want my headphones.
In todays day and age with customer service being so important it is nice to see that some are better than others, the people at this location and inparticular "Lawrence" one of the Mgr's there, have shown me excellent service in all aspects of a retail buisiness for years, and thats what keeps me going back and recomending them to other people...........well done.
this futureshop is ok. i had trouble with a laptop and they gave me a really hard time with it. i had purchased a warranty from them and within 13 days the laptop had a hard drive issue. in the warranty it says within 14 any issue with the computer can be exchanged for a brand new one. it took them 3 days to fix it, but in the end they just ended up giving me a new laptop. it was hard to get, but they still honoured it.
