Good Morning,

I’m writing to tell you how pleased I am with the service that was provided to me this morning.

I called this morning because my garage door got stuck and would not close. This is not an ideal situation at any time, but I am in the middle of moving out of the city, and tomorrow is my last day in Ottawa. When I sold this condo, everything was working properly, and this is what the new owner expects (and rightfully so). To leave something defective in the condo is just asking for trouble.

By having someone come this morning (Dave Wardon), my problems are now resolved. I don’t think it was a big issue….Dave just played around with it for a bit and got it up and running again. Big thanks to Dave for this exceptional customer service, and in less than 5 mins.

Garage door spring broke yesterday. Called several service places early this morning. Most said they needed to make 2 trips - one to measure the spring and then a 2nd to install a new one cut to size. Only one place (Garage Doors of Ottawa) could do the job in one trip and with same day service. Was asked details of type of door and given a firm quote. Repair man arrived at 11:30 am and had completed the spring replacement by noon. Would recommend this company - fast service and their price was lower than all the others.
