I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism of this company. I asked for a quote to replace the roof and ceiling if our sunroom. The quote was detailed and Germain explained exactly what the problem was and the appropriate solution. His quote was more reasonable then others we received. He completed the work earlier than I expected, we were extremely impressed with the quality of the job. The worksite was left spotlessly clean. My wife and I purchased an 11'x11' freestanding gazebo from Gaudet's Aluminum in November of 2011. We both have nothing but praise for the quality and construction of the material furnished for this structure. Along with the quality of the product I must also add the fantastic customer service and support we have received from Guadet's in the year that we have owned this gazebo. When we decided to actually purchase the gazebo one of my concerns were shipping cost from Canada to the United States with customs paperwork added to the shipping. Germain Gaudet solved my dilemma by delivering the materials to my location in Burlington, Vermont and handled all the customs related documentation. This made our decision to purchase from Gaudet's that much easier. Recently we had a severe thunderstorm come through our area and the wind whipped the screen door open so severely that it demaged a couple of major components of the door closing mechanism. One call to Gaudet's and less than a week later I received all of the replacement parts free of charge. Now everything is back to normal and we are again enjoying our gazebo on a daily basis worry free.

I can't say enough great Stuff about Gaudet's. We had a screen room installed on our back porch the day of the terrible hail storm in Puce. One hour after being installed, the hail left damage. Gaudet came back the next day and replaced the doors that were impacted. Wow.......what great customer service, such intergrity and a great group of people. We had to replace an ugly/leaking flat metal roof structure over our south/west back porch. We consulted three contractors and chose Gaudet's Aluminum, deciding on a screened-in covered porch structure with inside measurments of 18ft projection by 15ft wide. There were several engineering issues that had to be worked out in order to have a roof stucture of this size attach to our home - every part of the work was planned and completed professionally by Germain and his excellent team. I am very picky and I am extremely pleased. We now have a clean, dry, and attractive addition to our home that will give us much pleasure for years to come.

Several years ago we had a awning and porch railings installed by Gaudet Aluminum, which by the way, have been trouble-free. Another company replaced the door two years ago, and therein lies the problem. During the installation they removed and replaced the awning to accommodate the wrong-sized door. Now, the weight of heavy snow accumulates on the awning because there's no pitch, and consequently interferes with the opening and closing of the door. After contacting Gaudet's aluminum for help, they promptly came and assessed the problem, and made recommendations. The FREE service call was handled sensitively and professionally, and I would highly recommend Gaudet's Aluminum.

Gaudet Aluminium employee's have done a marvelous job manufacturing and installing our new awnings. They have been very professional and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use them again if the need arises; very happy with their work.

Earlier this year we made the decision to enclose our 10' x 10' covered porch on the rear south-west corner our our home. After receiving and reviewing 3-5 quotes from various companies our unanimous choice was Gaudette's Aluminum.

We love our new Gazebo that Germain and his professional crew put up for us. We've had a couple of the canvas type gazebos in the past years but the elements took their toll on them. Last year, we added a new deck to the back of our house. Before long, we realized the sun and rain were ruining it! We contacted Germain Gaudet to see if he could build an awning for us. It had to butt up against the solarium window, meaning that it had to be custom made. The result is not only beautiful, but it protects our investment. The workmen showed up when they said they would, were a pleasure to deal with and cleaned up after themselves. We could not be more pleased with our experience. We highly recommend Gaudet's Aluminum.
