Gentleman Jim has a fleet of Lincoln Limousines, including three Millenium limos. Each car seats up to 10 people and has it's own unique features. The limos are always kept clean and in excellent condition, ready for your trip.

Our Rates are very competitive with other limo service companies. We customize each package individually to suit the client's needs. Rates vary between $65-$200/hour, depending on the number of people and amount of time you need the car.

I worked there as an SUV Chauffeur for two years and proud of every moments I have shared with this company. The company standards were high and mine along with fellow drivers were even higher. All of our customers were royalty. As a company rep and as the chauffeur I was never late anywhere as the company made that clear that it is best to wait a block away for the right time then to be late. The vehicle was cleaned after each drop off. The door was always opened for riders and a hand was extended not for tip collections but to help people in and out of the car. Even rude and obnoxious people were dealt with dignity.

So those individuals whom have had negative experiences fall under the out of the ordinary category and by no means represent the overall behavior of the company and it's staff.

I had to leave for family reasons but will always sherries the memories.

The company is now closed. So sad, now 1500 more drunks will drive rather than use a safe means of transportation home

Me and my girlfriends decided to go downtown during the olympics and join the party. When we entered the buses our mouths dropped open! How does gentlemen jims hire the hottest drivers out there! Ryan, the guy with the the cool hair tray, and captain ron made our night unforgettable! If it wasn't for them our night would have sucked! the clubs we went to were awful and we always had to wait in the rain to get in these dirvers made up for it! The drives to and from the club were so fun that we never wanted to even get off.
It made the 40$ worth it. Next time we'll just book ourselves on a drive around. = no rain, hot men, and a darn good time.
p.s. one of the drivers even helped me take care of my drunk friends Chrissy who couldn't even walk at the end of the night - what nice gentlemen!

WOW, AMAZING! February 25, 2010

I have booked with Gentleman Jim's a few times in the past, mostly for concerts and hockey games, and they've always been friendly and prompt. The service is always good, but I didn't appreciate how good it was until recently. Recently, a friend booked through another company to take us to an Olympic event. What a disaster. The driver was late (he blamed traffic), he went to the wrong venue (he blamed the office staff), and then he tried to charge us more for the extra time to make up for their mistake! He said that because of the Olympics traffic was bad, and that the company wasn't able to predict that. My friend told him it was their job to plan around traffic, and that he would not allow us to be punished for their inability to do their job properly. He was snooty to us or the rest of the evening, and my friend says the company doesn't seem to care.

The whole experience made me appreciate the service I have always received from Gentleman Jim's even more. I will definitely put my trust in Gentleman Jim's in the future.

My husband and I have been renting, limos, party buses, SUV services over the last 3-years from Gentlemen Jim's, we are pleased to say, we have yet to be disappointed! I'm assuming your driver Rob filled you in on all the sordid details from our wedding reception last night. Now I'll give you the other side of the story.
I called him at 11pm for a 12:30am pick up. Our reception ended at 1am. He was asked by one of the organizers at the Golf Course to wait for 20 minutes while we finished saying our goodbyes to the guests. He flat out refused to do so. He was reminded that we only lived 10 minutes away and technically we had him booked until 1:30am He then became so angry that he barged into the banquet room waving a yellow piece of paper at the entire crowd claiming he hadn't been paid for his services and was not leaving without his money. Couldn't make any sense of that. He also held his phone in the air recording everything and anything that was said. The entire room was furious with this driver. He was asked to leave and refused to do so. He said he would call the police to get it sorted out. He spent the bulk of his time referring to the women in the crowd as "Honey and Sweetheart" Mingling, arguing and challenging everyone in the room. This went on for about 10 minutes indide and then was continued on outside.
Friday, Feb 19th I reserved a limo for my son's birthday. I handed the driver "Rob" $260.00 cash and told him this was the alternate payment method to the visa CC I had on file. He accepted the money. I signed a document related to "vehicle Damage Deposit" and the kids were on their way. The ride home consisted of a woman in the front passenger's seat along for the ride. The teenagers thought she was a "working girl" and were surprised their ride included this unknown woman that had been picked up somewhere while they were at Holland Park in Surrey.
A fuse blew in the car and the lights and stereo didn't work for the entire trip home. My son brought along his own CD which got stuck in the CD player. Steven never did get his music back. That evening my husband got a call from Rob claiming that we had a $230.00 credit coming because we had paid for the limo with cash and the visa had been put through as well. He wasn't too agreeable to a refund. Not wanting to argue and enough stress with the reception looming we decided to use our credit towards transportation to and from our wedding reception the next day on Feb 20th.
We still have 2 bottles of champagne in the trunk of the car. Something he neglected to give back once dropping off the groom only at home after the reception. I wasn't about to get in the car with him after some name calling and assorted inuendoes in the parking lot. Apparantly there was a scuffle in the parking lot. He thought it was my two sons. One of my son's had already left from the party and the other was inside with his girlfriend. Rob asked me what kind of mother I was to allow my kids to be outside fighting and what was I going to do about it?. I told him I didn't have a clue who was fighting or why. Nor did I care. He was so frustrated he ended up trying to play the Bad Mother Card. He looked foolish because as everyone knew, the people outside weren't even remotely related to either one of us. Furthermore I was dressed in an evening gown and wasn't about to break up a fight. He did anything and everything to infurate people and provoke hostility.
When he first arrived he wanted to leave immediately. Then he claimed he was owed a $30.00 tip. Then he claimed he hadn't been paid at all. He's waving his cell phone around inside the golf course like a lunatic recording everyone's voice. Saying he has evidence and that people are threatening his life. He completely ruined the very end of our night. I've never seen or heard of anything like this. I mentioned to him that I wasn't satisfied with the service that my son's group received the night before and only found out the next afternoon about the ride along and the lights and stereo malfunction. I also told him that when I decided to pay him in cash, that was his cue to tell me the booking had already been run through on the visa. Or at least to call the office to make sure we weren't being double billed. He held the credit like a gun to the head. He mentioned on the phone that Gentleman Jims was getting double fees because of the Olympic Games and this was a great deal we should jump on it.
We had, hand down, the worst service and attitude to deal with. We spent $520.00 over 2 days for a total of 21/2 hrs drive time. I originally requested Tedd for both outings, since we hired a car back in October, 2009. That trip went off without a hitch. I will never use this company again. I WILL spread the word and can you please thank your very professional Driver Rob for ruining two very special events. My wedding reception in particular. I am sick about this and feel like suing.
But I'll save our money and make sure the word gets out about your "Distinct Mission":
Gentleman Jim's Limousines holds a distinct mission rarely found in the limousine industry. Unparalleled service, reliability, affordability backed by honesty and integrity.
This mission statement is a joke. A minimum of 50 people last night witnessed first had the professionalism of your driver Rob. Terrible advertising for your brand. Matter of fact everyone that wittnessed this wanted to know the name of the Limo Company so as to avoid making a similar mistake.
By the way, the two bottles of champagne in the trunk of Rob's car were rare and sentimental. Here's hoping he and his lady friend enjoy them.

just disgusting. the bus was dirty and smelled like something died. they were a half hour late. The ripped us off a whole hour and wouldnt drop us off at our high school. they said times up and kicked us off at a mall parking lot. The chaperones they provided were perverts and were flirting with all the girls and asking us to add them on facebook. They were rude, perverted and huge jackasses. NEVER book with this company. they over charged us $250 from our original quote. They are so rude and so unhelpful. They lie and are scam artists

OH WHAT A NIGHT January 21, 2010

I would like to tell you about one of the best nights of my life. My boyfriend surprised me with a limo from Gentleman jims . The limo was a little early but what a surprise! It was sparkling clean and the driver, Don was in a suit and tie looking like he came out of the movies. He treated us like celebraties all night long. Even my boyfriend who has trouble with people , found it easy to talk to the office staff and plan this awesome night for me . by the way did I mention i said "yes".

I had never rented a limousine service before and the first call was to Gentleman Jim's. From the trained and professional staff that answered the phone being so helpful,kind and courteous to the spectacular service that I received from their professional chauffeur, I could not say enough about the company. I will definately use them again in the new future for my daughters' graduation, and recommend them to my family and friends that require service.

FABULOUS NIGHT January 20, 2010

We rented the Cherry bomb Friday night , Kevin was our driver . I just wanted to say write how amazing you made my birthday! Right from the moment I called to make my reservation to the time Kevin arrived and at the end dropped us all off safely. The service I received was impeccable. Kevin was very professional and fun. I will definately be recomending you guys.

I'm very surprised by all of these negative comments. I have used Gentleman Jim's and Vancouver party bus many times and never had any cause for complaint. Every one has always been very friendly and helpful. We used them for our wedding as well as my stagette, and my husbands stag, and for my sister and cousins birthdays and the buses and suv limo we're all clean and in working order. So Needles to say I'm shocked that people have such horrible things to say.

All of the above comments are true this limo service is horrible and the service i recieved from the office staff is just as bad. i have never been treated so rudly on the phone. They won't admit there fault. I would not recoment this company to anyone

This company is terrible.. their buses are crap and falling apart, they overcharge and their office staff is rude. They charged my credit card when we paid cash for the whole amount. They then said that the driver got an extra tip..lol. What a shady company. The Molson bus we were on did not have proper brakes, the driver parked it and got out and it started rolling. They should be out of business.

CRAPPY PARTY BUS! January 31, 2009

My night was completely ruined by Gentleman Jims and their affiliate company Vancouver Party Bus. I booked a but through them for what was supposed to be an amazing night out with my friends in what they described as being the ultimate party bus. The bill was over $1000 including a drivers tip which they added in automatically.

The day of my birthday the bus showed up over an hour late, I asked the driver how we are going to possibly get into the nightclub we were going to and he said its not his problem and that the bus broke down earlier that night which caused delays. We kind of accepted that excuse but then when we got in the vehicle after he made us pay the total upfront it was extremely dirty and had 2 huge things of throw up in the bars. I told the driver and he handed me some paper towel and said well clean it up if you can't handle a little barf and then told me it might of been one of my friends (this was literally 2 minutes into getting on before he even went over the rules. The sound system didn't work meaning dead silence the entire way also the lights were failing as well. Only thing that worked was the bright exit lights.

I asked for a card and called the office right after being dropped off and asked why the bus was so late and why nothing worked she told me that I must of pressed some buttons to mess up the system and they they were going to charge my credit card $500 minimum for damages. How can they charge if nothing worked right from the start. I talked to the driver and he told me nothing had been working all night and that he was sick of working for them and to try and sue them. I asked for my money back and he said if he did that then they would take it off his pay so he couldn't.

I was in complete shot and so were my friends. I felt like a foul and didn't know what to do. Trust me these guys are scam artists including a person in their office names Willy and Shellie who say they are both managers or owners.

Take a look at their so called office in a trailer at the back of a house and how they build the buses out of scrap metal and wood. Seriously once you see how they build these things and the crashy people building them then you will realize what you're getting into.

I'M IN COMPLETE DISCUST!!!

I ordered and purchased the rental of a limo bus for my wedding day. The bus was dirty, it has no air conditioning and the limo driver was dressed in jeans and t shirt. The manager Shelly refuses to admit fault and to compensate me with anything. At first she told me I did not let them know it was for my wedding, then came back and said that her employee had written for wedding on the side of the paper work and that if it was for a wedding I should have been charged more money.I tried t reason with her saying that it is not my fault that your employee's did not do things correctly but she kept insiting that I am in the wrong with my complaints. she also said non of the buses have air conditionin yet i have 21 people with me who heard the limo bus driver say the air conditioning broke down that morning. They suck please don't ever use them, once they have your money too bad so sad...who ever heard of a limo driving dressing in jeans $500.00 i am pissed.
