Goodlife Fitness Pointe-Claire is an unprofessional fitness club. They lack good business practice and have young and inexperienced people working for them. I would never get a membership there nor would I want to be employed by a bunch of jerks.

  It is regretable that you had this experience at this particular club. If you really feel this way about the staff then the best course of action would be to call the head office at 1-800-387-2524 and file a complaint. GoodLife does not tolerate poor customer service, however, if no one says anything then how can they make any changes?
