Every few years for the last 20 when I've needed some paint or bodywork I've been a happy repeat customer of Gord-Ron's. However, the last work in July 2007. included painting the rocker panels with "rock guard" which was flaking off. I had driven lots of gravel roads. I'm sure I was the only one to notice this. I went back to Gord-Ron's where Dave was happy to make it right. They have always been friendly and helpful and I'm happy to have a shop I can count on.

In late 2008, I took my car to be serviced by Gord-Ron's auto body. I thought a small auto shop would be much better because you would get more personalized service.

I was very wrong on that judgment and will never take my car in for auto body work from them again. What was scheduled for 1 week seemed to have extended double time. They were also short on courtesy cars so the Manager had ask me to drive my additional vehicle instead.

The craftsmanship was sub par. Even though I had to wait a week, I wasn't impressed with the end product. There are very knowledgeable staff and techs there but I believe their growth has put a restrain on that personalized service you get from a smaller job. I'm going to take my vehicle to a much larger shop that can handle the volume.
