We have had several hood cleaners over the past and none had cleaned to code. These guys not only pointed out several hidden and missed spots of grease build up, but they also took before and after camera shots of the work they did. The Supervisor also did an audit with me and made sure i was satisified. If you need your hoods cleaned i highly recommend Grease Ducks.

I've worked for this company all winter 2008/09; It's a hard work and although Mr Alex Collins seems to want to clean the best, he's using his employes; specialy immigrants who are trying to work to make a living.
He still owes me 20 hours of hard labour, night shifts and he's playing dead so he doesn't have to pay. It's an inapropriate attitude that shows some deshonesty not only towards me and his employees but also his clients!
The security conditions are not respected towards his employees as well.
I wouldn't recommend this business in regards to the way he treats his employees. People are not dispensable things.
