Dr. Sermer and the Green Lane Animal Hospital staff are equally skilled at handling animals and their owners. Everyone is friendly, yet very professional. The staff take their time to listen, as well as answer any questions regarding all things concerning pet ownership.

The prices are competitive for its area (most often with better value) and worth every cent for their excellent, personalized service.

The hospital itself is clean and pleasant - puts owners and their pets at ease. My dog loves going to the vet and acts as if she's visiting friends, instead of going in for a check-up.

High quality products are available for purchase at the clinic, however the staff does not push these products on their clients.

All in all, the kind of vet clinic you wish were available in every neighborhood.

  I don't work there, and I wrote this review years ago. We have moved since, and we still make the trip from downtown up to Thornhill to see Dr. Sermer, even though she was awesome enough to print out a list of clinics she recommended in our neighbourhood.
