I was there for brunch on Sunday. The guy making the omelettes picked a rag up off the floor, wiped out the pan and then threw the rag back on the floor. When we confronted him about it he had no idea why that might be a problem. We told the hostess what he had done and she said "no he didn't".
Disgusting.
