I have years of experience in being a client, and I have never found a salon that is so welcoming. So many times, one enters a salon and is left floundering, not sure of where to stand or sit etc. At HBN one is welcomed by name and attended to instantly. So from the minute you step into the salon you feel important.

I also have many years of experiencing the results of various stylists. Loyalty never being my strong suit. I have tried many stylists twice and never gone back, having found the first visit excellent and then by the second visit, one feels like 'old hat' and gets a second rate service.

At HBN I have been a client for about three years now. Every visit is exciting as my stylist has an exceptional personality, and every 'do' makes me happy. Jessie Lynn spends time finding out my likes and dislikes, and is always bending over backwards to personalize my hair style. She is generous in many ways, and most particularly with her ideas.
