took forever...vehicle still looked bad...paint a mess, and stuff was stolen....as if getting into an accident is not enough, they steal from a child...

  i dont know that pointing out the gender of the owner was really necessary...i am yet to meet a small business owner who does not get passionate about their livelihood, whether it manifests itself as anger, being "emotional" , aloofness or any number of states. Its terrible that the service you paid for was subpar, but I dont think this is the forum for slandering individuals...just a thought.
