I couldnt agree more with the last comment, exactly what I would have said, cheap workmanship, cheap materials (cheapest appliances, lighting, fixtures, everything, may look ok but alot of crap). They say how they pride themselves on customer service...if I could go back a few months I would run away from the sales office.....overall brutal

Shoddy,cheap workmanship, cheap materials, after occupancy service is and deficiency cleanup is terrible. Definitely not worth the price paid considering the above items.
