The girls that work at Herbal Magic in Bowmanville all have friends that they have asked, to put a review on this site and place a positive spin on their behaviour. This "bad behaviour" on the part of the girls working at Herbal Magic SHOULD BE ADDRESSED by the people who write their "paycheque". If it were my store, they would be FIRED immediately. And who knows, maybe they will be!

I completely disagree with the above comment. I have known the Bowmanville Herbal Magic girls for over 5 years. I have seen many Personal Health coaches in my time and I know that these girls are experts at what they do and are 100% professional, otherwise why would they have worked there for so long??? They have helped me lose 60lbs and they continue to help me maintain my goal weight. I will continue to visit and weigh in for years to come. I know they are the BEST because I have weighed in at other centres and not recieved the service I receive in Bowmanville. They make every client feel special and comfortable, sometimes I feel like I am their only client!!! Their attention is 100% on me and my weight loss journey. They truly want to see ALL of their clients succeed!

FIRST OF ALL I WILL SAY I WAS A CLIENT AT THE BOWMANVILLE HERBAL MAGIC BEFORE THEY MOVED TO THE NEW LOCATION.
ON ONE PRATICULAR DAY I WAS AT THE CLINIC FOR MY REGULAR MONDAY WEIGH-IN AND I USED THE WASHROOM BEFORE GOING INTO THE WEIGH IN ROOM,THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE- (MONICA, GAYLE, CHRISTINE AND ASHLEY) WERE OCCUPIED WITH OTHER CLIENTS, THEY DID NOT KNOE I WAS IN THE WASHROOM, MONICA AND GAYLE CAME OUT OF THEIR ROOMS SHORTLY FOLLOWED BY ASHLEY, THEY SAID GOOD BYE TO THEIR CLIENTS AND AFTER THEY LEFT THEY BEGAN TO MAKE FUN OF SAID CLIENTS BY COMPAIRING THEIR CHARTS AND CALLING THE CLIENTS "FATTY MC FATTERS" AND "THEY ARE ALL CHEATERS, BUT LET THEM CHEAT I STILL MAKE MY COMMISSION OFF THEM"
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THESE WOMEN DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR HEALTH AND HELPING US LOSE TE WEIGHT, THEY SEE US AS A LITTLE MORE MONEY ONTHEIR PAYCHECKS!
AFTER I HEARD HOW THEY DISRESPECTED THEIR CLIENTS I DID NOT RETURN TO THE CLINIC. I CURRENTLY GO TO ANOTHER HERBAL MAGIC CENTER IN OSHAWA.
I AM LEFT TO SAY PLEASE BE AWARE OF PEOPLE WHO SEEM NICE TO YOUR FACE, THESE WOMEN ARE VERY 2-FACED AND IGNORANT!!

  As a client with Bowmanville for the past year. I find this completely untrue. The ladies in this clinic are super friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. They clearly dont care about "making money" and "commission" if they did they would be trying to sell me all sorts of different things, but they dont. Also for a bunch of ladies that "dont care if I lose weight" they certainly have sat with me to ensure that I was on track and praised me for my accomplishments. I am sure you are mistaken or confused, because there is no way your talking about the lovely ladies in this clinic.

  I believe the first review. I have also had problems here with the ladies. In fairness it was only one of them but she was discussing my file with another client. I have never gone back since and never will suggest it to anyone. Once you know how to follow the program you don't need them anyways.
