The 300 square foot serving kitchen has a double size cooler, a fridge, sinks, counter space, microwave, 100 cup coffee urn, and plenty of plug-ins. We have a full-size convection oven suitable for cooking or warming food. We do not provide linens, cutlery, dishes or glassware.

The hall has rectangular tables and comfortable chairs for 150 people. The maximum capacity of the room is 220 people. Renters may choose who they wish to cater, or may cater themselves. Renters run their own bar, although a special occasion permit must be obtained from any B.C. Liquor Store before alcohol can be served.

The building is wheelchair accessible.

The hall is located at 3102 Main Street in Vancouver, ten minutes from downtown. Parking is on the street. There is no "resident only" parking in this neighbourhood.
