I think that Veejay & jack are the best. Polite service always ready to accomidate you

i rent from here all the time cuz its close to my place. ive never had a problem with the service or the vehicles. not the cheapest place going, but its good.

I've rented cars from the Queensway location for fifteen years. Veejay has always been very helpful, accommodating and polite.

I recommend this location wholeheartedly. In one instance, Veejay drove me to another location to get the car I wanted.

I have rented here several times. They have always been accommodating and extremely helpful. Even last minutes rentals have always worked out well. I always call here first. Some have commented on the English. That is life in Toronto. They may not speak it as well as my native tongue which is English but communication has always been clear and effective.

I had, and routinely have, the exact opposite experience to the two people who posted. Veejay, the manger, is always polite and very resourceful. Although, English is not his first language,he tries extremely hard to accommodate me each time.

  I hear you. I had the worst service. First, I couldn't understand the English they were speaking and they treated me like crap...I waited forever! I called head office and complained.
