We recently received a delivery of deck materials from Mike from Home Depot. Even though he was running late (after 6 p.m.) due to having to wait for other people, he was very cheerful. We asked if he could deposit the load inside our garage. We thought he wouldn't be able to do it but instead, he maneuvered the load very carefully (his loader was higher than our garage) and deposited it gently onto our recently-painted floor without a scratch.
